Course Overview

This intensive course prepares the participant to better equip and prepare for quality management through Six Sigma methodology and implementation. Six Sigma Black Belt is responsible for project Quality through tested techniques and detailed analysis. They not only educate about the concepts, tools, and tips but also guide Green Belts by mentoring.

The objective of this course is to create Quality professionals who can carry complete execution on their shoulders and encounter any risks by anticipating and mitigating through early signs of defect or detecting variances.

This course is a well-thought-out and comprehensively structured mix of theory and supporting practical simulating scenarios faced in real-time complex situations. It greatly boosts knowledge and equips every participant to step into the global market with a profile that's packed with academic credentials, confidence, and panache.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Exam & Certification

Should be Green Belt certified OR 3-5 years of work experience in any field OR Basic knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma tools is required. Delegates must also complete a Lean Six Sigma project within 6 months of completing the training program. The project needs to adequately test their knowledge and application of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and relevant tools. Black Belt projects are more demanding hence the project should demonstrate and represent significant improvement & benefits (please discuss your proposed project with your course instructor). After completing the project the delegates are expected to submit the project for a review, of which an Independent assessment will be done to ensure that the required objectives are met and the definitive benefits and improvements have been derived from the project.
